· It will set the scene by explaining key concepts such as science-based targets, net zero and carbon neutrality.
· It will then use a proven framework to help you to understand how to incorporate climate change into your strategies, and define an achievable roadmap for your organisations.
· This will enable you to take the meaningful leadership action required, both incrementally for the present and transformatively for the future.
· The event will include interactive group discussions to help plan how to tailor the approach to individual business needs.
There will also be the opportunity to network with fellow Non-Executive Directors on these issues.
